This is a very special 2013 13" MacBook Pro that was upgraded to the max 16gb RAM at the time of purchase. 99% of all 2013-2015 13" MacBook Pro's have the default 8gb RAM which is not upgradable, so people usually get the heavier 15" MacBook Pro for its default 16gb RAM.
