Very good condition with very little sign of use except for a small 2mm scrape on the bottom left of the palmrest (see pictures). Upgraded to maximum 16gb RAM, upgraded drive to new 512gb SSD, installed Windows 10, and replaced charger with brand new Dell OEM charger.
